GISi’s Discovery Workshop is an ideal starting point for your next GIS project. Our Technical Architect will travel to your on-site location and help develop the needed essentials for the planning and implementation of your project.
Agenda – Our Technical Architect will walk you through the agenda for the on-site visit.
Day 1 On-Site – Our Technical Architect will work with you to brainstorm, whiteboard, and share application demonstrations. These exercises will lead us toward a first draft of a project requirements document that outline the core business requirements of your project.
Day 2 On-Site – Continuation of the fact-finding and discovery process. We will review, prioritize, and complete a first draft of the requirements document.
Round of Review – We will finalize the requirements document offsite, which will include a round of review with you to ensure all requirements have been correctly captured.
Final Requirements Document – Includes the solution’s description, detailed requirements, timeline, and price.
